Delivery Policy

Delivery service is available for $45.00 and pick-up service is $40.00 within the City of Edmonton limits (some exceptions apply). Containers are provided for rentals, centerpieces and catering supplies. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient location on delivery. Orders will be delivered to ground level only. Additional charges will be applied if articles are to be carted up and down stairs, on elevators or more than minimal distances.

Pick-Up Policy

Items must be returned as they were delivered, using the same packaging and packaging materials. Dinnerware should be rinsed and packed in their original shipping containers. Tables and chairs must be folded and stacked. As specified above, items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.

Out of Town Deliveries/Pick-Ups

Mileage calculated pending location and crew required. Please inquire for rates.

After Hours Deliveries/Pick-Ups

Additional charges apply when delivery or pick-up is required outside normal business hours.

Equipment Responsibility

Equipment remains the responsibility of the renter (customer) from the time delivery/pickup to the time of its return. Please be sure equipment is secured and protected when not in use. Damaged items will be charged at replacement cost price to the customer, if the optional damage protection insurance (7%) is declined or exceeded. Lost items are NOT covered under the damage protection and charged at replacement cost price. For this reason, the customer may have to return damaged items to be eligible for any protection coverage. Notification of damaged or missing items MUST be reported by calling 780-975-6152 upon delivery/pick-up.

Security Deposit

To reserve any item, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required as well as a “valid” credit card with available funds (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or cash deposit (determined by managerial staff) based on the value of the order.

Cancellation Policy

A 25% non-refundable deposit applies to all Infinite Event Services rental bookings. All deposits on Chocolate Fountains are non refundable. Refunds are not issued for rental items returned unused. QUANTITY ADJUSTMENTS ON RESERVED ITEMS ARE TOTO BE MADE AT LEAST FOURTEEN (14) DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR PICKUP DATE.

Dinnerware Rentals

Dinnerware returned not rinsed will be assessed a $2.00 cleaning charge for every 10 pieces. Dinnerware must be returned in the container it was issued in. Breakage, loss and damage will be charged for.
